to the Prices Prices include Florida state tax and service. Optional pool heating (Recommended from Oct - Apr) is available at £75/ week. Special rates for extended stays - please enquire with owner. Payment is only accepted in the quoted currency unless the currency and the amount is specifically agreed in advance with the owner. You are required to pay £200 per villa in case of breakage, loss or damage to the villa during your stay. This will be refunded 14 days after your return subject to there being no damage to home or contents. |
